Target Property Profile & Zoning:

IH seeks service & transportation properties with functional building characteristics in A-locations with zoning in place that allows the target property to be used in a manner consistent with properties design and intended use. IH portfolio properties usually have the following attributes:

20% or lower building to land coverage ratio
Medium to heavy Industrial or Manufacturing zoning that allows for outside storage
Good Interstate access

Property Condition:

IH will acquire properties that fit our zoning, location and functional requirements regardless of building condition.
