Target Property Profile & Zoning:

IH seeks service & transportation properties with functional building characteristics in A-locations with zoning in place that allows the target property to be used in a manner consistent with properties design and intended use. IH portfolio properties usually have the following attributes:

  • 20% or lower building to land coverage ratio
  • Medium to heavy Industrial or Manufacturing zoning that allows for outside storage
  • Good Interstate access
